Living with MS: Astrid’s Story – In My Shoes

Astrid is a 38-year-old writer, podcaster, teacher, and national advocate for MS Australia. Astrid was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) at the age of 32. Living with MS for over seven years, Astrid is sharing her journey to help those who may be experiencing some of the same challenges she’s faced and continues to face. Even though she has been living with MS, Astrid is still learning, and shares in her words, “It’s a big deal, it’s a big thing in your life, and you’ll probably re-evaluate what it means for you many times. And that’s not a failure, that means you’re doing it right.”
